We are delighted to partner with a leading global insurer to support the recruitment of a Bordereaux Manager.This pivotal role reports directly to the COO and involves leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the bordereaux processing framework. You will ensure both systems and personnel operate efficiently to deliver accurate and timely bordereaux processing.Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track claims and premium bordereaux submissions, ensuring accurate data mapping and resolving validation issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers and coverholders to enhance data quality and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee team performance, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Prepare and deliver Management Information (MI) reports on performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Extensive technical experience in bordereaux management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FCA and PRA regulations and guidelines.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive high performance.
