Responsibilities you’d have as a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Valuer here:

Client Engagement:

    • Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
    • Arrange valuations, undertake them, and list the properties.
    • Arrange property viewings and complete them.
    • Provide information on the location and available properties.
    • Prepare and review real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
    • Advise clients on pricing strategies and market condition and book in valuations.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
    • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory.
    • Analyse market data to provide clients with informed decisions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process.
    • Address client enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Completing and gathering moving in paperwork from tenants and uploading them accordingly.

Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
    • Manage appointments, scheduling, and paperwork efficiently.

Targets and Goals:

    • Work towards achieving monthly and annual lettings targets.
    • Continuously strive to exceed personal and team lettings objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per year (Depending on experience)
  • OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 in the first year
  • 5 day working week - Monday to Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-4/5
