Description

The successful Junior Client Services Officer will:

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring payments are processed efficiently and service-level agreements are met.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes.
  • Support the execution of transactions and help maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify potential improvements in systems and workflows, contributing to overall efficiency.
