Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a vibrant portfolio, ensuring seamless adherence to crucial deadlines for accounts and tax compliance.
- Elevate team performance by reviewing work and providing invaluable guidance.
- Tackle diverse advisory tasks, offering expert insights on taxation and Inheritance Tax concerns.
- Foster collaboration with tax, accounts, and financial planning teams for a harmonious approach.
- Navigate budgets adeptly, monitoring chargeability, and generating fee notes transparently.

About you:
- Be able to utilise CCH Trust Accounts and CCH Personal Tax software, integrated within their CCH Practice Management System.
- Hold CTA and/or STEP qualifications or exhibit a strong desire to pursue a STEP qualification.
- Command attention with exceptional communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
