You will have access to an expert Service Delivery Team who will book all your appointments and manage all the sales and marketing.
When you join Masterfix you will receive a comprehensive initial training program giving you all the information to be a successful Engineer.
This is a van mobile role covering all aspects of reactive and plannedgas and heating maintenance travelling daily between jobs across the Greater London area.
As the front line of our business, you will deliver consistently excellent property care by offering timely solutions and a customer-first attitude.
Our clients trust us to provide a reliable and flexible service delivered with integrity round the clock, that is where you come in.
Benefits:
- £300 per day base salary, dependent upon experience
- Uncapped earnings
- Out of hours call outs £100 per hour for the first hour and £75 per hour thereafter.
- Free uniform.
- Opportunity to hire a Masterfix branded van.
- 2 years qualified gas experience ideally specialising in breakdown and repairs.
- Up to date Domestic Gas Safe qualifications / Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
- Full UK driving licence and experience navigating Central London
- Good IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device.
- Excellent customer service/client-facing skills.
- Ability to problem solve and think clearly under pressure.
- Own tools.
- Clear DBS.
