What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients on rehab wards. In this role, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive medication reviews and ward-based clinical assessments

  • Provide expert pharmaceutical care to optimise patient outcomes

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe prescribing and medication use

  • Educate healthcare professionals and patients on medication-related matters

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid GPhC registration

  • Prior NHS hospital ward-based experience (rehab wards preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM with a 4-month contract and potential extension based on performance and service needs.
