What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in providing high-quality patient care across general, medical, and surgical wards. In this role, you will:

• Conduct patient medication reviews• Provide expert advice on medication management to clinical teams• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care• Ensure safe and effective use of medicines within the hospital setting• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current GPHC registration as a Pharmacist• Experience working in general, medical, and surgical wards• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role requires availability Monday to Friday, with working hours of 9am – 5pm. The contract is ongoing with the possibility of extension based on service needs and performance.
