What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a rehabilitation ward setting. In this role, you will:

• Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical pharmacy services• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care• Provide expert advice on medication management and best practices• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and NHS regulations

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

GPhC registration as a Pharmacist• Prior experience in a hospital or ward-based setting (rehabilitation experience desirable)• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team• A commitment to delivering safe and effective patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3–6 months, with the potential to progress to Band 8a after six months.
