What You’ll Be Doing: Join our clients' team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of elderly and rehabilitation patients. In this role, you will:

  • Perform ward-based pharmacy services
  • Cover the care of elderly and rehab wards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the best patient outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid GPHC registration
  • Experience in ward-based pharmacy settings, particularly with elderly and rehab patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers flexible working with either 4 or 5 weekdays, 9am – 5pm. The initial contract is for 2 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
