- Role: Band 7 Pharmacist
- Location: West London - NHS Hospital
- Duration: 2 months (with a view to extend)
- Schedule: Either 4 or 5 weekdays, 9am – 5pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Rate of Pay: £28 - £32 per hour (paid via PAYE)

What You’ll Be Doing: Join our clients' team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of elderly and rehabilitation patients. In this role, you will:
- Perform ward-based pharmacy services
- Cover the care of elderly and rehab wards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the best patient outcomes
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid GPHC registration
- Experience in ward-based pharmacy settings, particularly with elderly and rehab patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers flexible working with either 4 or 5 weekdays, 9am – 5pm. The initial contract is for 2 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
