What You’ll Be Doing:Join our client's team as a Band 8a Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting junior pharmacists and ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. In this role, you will:

• Oversee and support junior pharmacists in their clinical work• Provide guidance on ward-based duties, including rehab and elderly care• Conduct some clinical ward work but primarily focus on office-based managerial duties• Ensure high standards of patient care and compliance with clinical guidelines• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration• Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills• The ability to work independently and within a team environment• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position with availability required from Monday to Friday (4 or 5 days per week). The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
