What You’ll Be Doing: Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care within a hospital setting. In this role, you will:

Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to medical staff on the cardiology wards

Review and monitor patient medication regimes to ensure safe prescribing
-
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and best practices
-
Participate in ward rounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
-
Support dispensary duties and provide medication counselling as required
-
Contribute to the development of patient care strategies
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid GPhC registration
-
Proven experience as a Clinical Pharmacist, ideally within NHS hospital wards

Experience in cardiology wards is desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
-
Knowledge of current pharmaceutical practices and legislation

Flexibility to work the specified hours
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
