As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll play a crucial role in the Oncology and Haematology departments:
- Deliver and manage a high-quality, patient-focused systemic anti-cancer (SACT) pharmacy service.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Pharmacist and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe access to the latest treatments.
- Develop and implement cost-effective and safe pharmacy practices.
- Provide expert advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Participate in the training and development of pharmacy staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Occasionally deputise for the Lead Pharmacist.
The Specialist Clinical Pharmacist role comes with a comprehensive package:
