What You’ll Be Doing:Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care across general acute wards and the dispensary. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews• Ensure safe and effective prescribing practices• Provide expert advice on drug therapies to healthcare teams• Support the dispensary and ward-based pharmacy services• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration• Ideally, prior NHS hospital pharmacy experience• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, with the option to work full-time or part-time (3-5 days per week). The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
