Hospital ACT Pharmacy Technician - Central London - Outpatients

Hunter Gatherer AHP have a very exciting locum opportunities based with an NHS run hospital service, located in Central London (please enquire for exact locations), for several Locum Band 4 ACT's (community experienced applicants welcome to apply!) to join OUTPATIENTS dispensary team from October onwards, on a contract up until April 2025!!

PLEASE NOTE – some form of previous hospital experience is desireable, however not an outright necessity, so community experienced Pharmacy Technicians are also welcome to apply as training will be provided here! This is a fantastic chance for career progression at speed, as training will be provided across the various dispensary aspects of the role depending on your skill set. Those with hospital experience will be able to jump right in, and those without will be trained to become competent as a hospital pharmacy technician.

The role will be to accuracy check in the outpatients dispensary of the hospital, as well as assist with dispensing too. 
The working pattern will be 10.30am - 7pm (30/60 mins lunch) Monday – Friday, there will be no on call or weekend working needed. For the right applicant, part time working may be considered (3 – 4 days per week). 

Applicants must have some form of pharmacy experience, whether from the community or hospital sector, as well as being a qualified ACT. As seen above, prior Hospital experience is NOT a must here, so it offers the chance for a Pharmacy Technician to break into the hospital sector, and kick start their hospital career!

– x2 Locum Band 4 ACT Pharmacy Technicians needed – NHS Hospital in Central London seeking cover 
– £15 – £19 per hour Umbrella , depending on experience
– Hospital experience not a necessity! Community pharmacy experienced applicants welcome to apply!!
– Start date: October 2024 
- Outpatient dispensary cover, accuracy checking work. 
- GPHC Registration required (ACT required)
- Based in Central London

– Duration: Until April 2025
– Full time or part time hours (3,4 or 5 days per week)
