Locum Pharmacist - GP surgery based - North East London - On site

!!Job Opportunity - Locum Pharmacist required – PCN in North East London seeking maternity leave cover!! 

We are currently seeking an experienced Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join our Primary Care Network (PCN) client in North East London, working across two GP surgeries, on site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated pharmacist to contribute to the delivery of patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Information:

• Position: Clinical Pharmacist (Locum)
• Location: Two GP Surgeries in North East London, around Chingford.
• Duration: Maternity leave cover (9-12 months)
• Start Date: Mid-February 2025
• Working Hours: Flexible (between 3-5 weekdays per week, 24-37.5 hours per week)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break) - flexible depending on needs
• Pay Rate: £32 - £43 per hour (via Ltd Company)
• Role: On-site, face-to-face – no remote working
• Ideal Candidate: Previous GP surgery experience preferred, CPPE pathway completion is required to be considered (prescriber qualification is not necessary however!!)

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Support medication reviews, chronic disease management, and treatment optimisation.
• Advise on prescribing, drug safety, and ensure optimal use of medicines.
• Contribute to the delivery of patient-centered care and ensure compliance with national guidelines and best practices.

Requirements:

• Essential: Completion of the CPPE pathway.
• Desirable: Experience in a GP surgery setting.
• Non-prescriber candidates are welcome to apply.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.
