- Lead, manage, and develop a team of pharmacy staff.
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the pharmacy, including stock management and accurate dispensing of prescriptions.
- Provide expert advice to patients on medications, over-the-counter products, and lifestyle choices.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee pharmacy audits, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- Implement and maintain pharmacy processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients.

- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience in a similar pharmacy leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a patient-centered approach.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- Experience with dispensary systems and pharmacy software.
