What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 7 Pharmacist, supporting COTE (Care of the Elderly), Surgical, and Medical wards in an NHS hospital. In this role, you will:

Conduct medication reviews and optimise treatments for patients
Provide expert clinical advice to the multidisciplinary team
Ensure safe and effective prescribing practices
Support discharge planning and medicines reconciliation
Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to patient safety initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

GPhC registration as a pharmacist
NHS hospital experience with a strong background in ward-based clinical pharmacy
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and provide expert pharmaceutical care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. The contract is 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
