HCA @UCH is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a position starting on January 2, 2025, with an ongoing end date based on service needs.
The role requires a Band 7 level pharmacist to work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 at the Macmillan Cancer Centre.
Candidates must have experience as a haematology oncology pharmacist, including verifying oral and IV SACT, releasing SACT, and providing patient counselling.
The position is based in London at the UCH Macmillan Cancer Centre, located at 5th Floor, London WC1E 6AG.

- End date TBC(Ongoing, service dependent)

- Monday to Friday

- 09:00 to 17:00

- Candidate will be required to work at MCC site only

Skills/Experience required:

- haematology oncology pharmacist with following experience:

Good clinical knowledge in haematology - oncology speciality
Verifying oral and IV SACT (chemo)
Releasing SACT
Patient counselling about SACT and supportive meds.
