Fantastic Pharmacist manager role in West/Central LondonWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our well-established pharmacy client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer care and leading a dedicated team. With a high-volume, 6,000-item pharmacy, you'll be overseeing operations while maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.Key Duties

Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring safe and effective dispensing of prescriptions
Lead, train, and support a team of experienced pharmacy staff
Build and maintain excellent relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and clients
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies
Drive and monitor the performance of the pharmacy, identifying areas for improvement
Ensure stock control, ordering, and inventory management are efficient and accurate
Provide professional advice and support to patients on over-the-counter medication, prescriptions, and health advice

Package and Benefits

Working hours- 5 days per week (Will consider 4 days per week)
£26-£28 per hour

Key Skills and Qualifications

Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC number
Previous management experience in a busy pharmacy environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for patient care and delivering an outstanding service
