Join my client as a Registration Officer, where your precision, decision-making skills and commitment to service excellence will help maintain the integrity of a high-profile professional Register. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll ensure that only qualified individuals are added to the Register, keeping the data accurate, secure and up to date.

This role is a 6 month contract. It is mainly remote working for 4 days each week. With one day (a Tuesday) in their Chancery Lane office.

This is more than just a process-driven role — it’s a chance to contribute to the reputation of an entire profession.

  • Own Your Caseload: Manage a variety of application types from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and timely registration process.
  • Make an Impact: Use your knowledge of legislation and internal processes to assess applications, uphold standards and make confident decisions on who joins or leaves the Register.
  • Support Professional Growth: Play a key part in coordinating professional examinations, from assessing eligibility to ensuring the seamless running of exam days.
  • Be the Connection: Liaise with candidates, examiners and colleagues to organise exam dates, resolve queries and offer expert guidance.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide friendly, helpful and informed support to applicants and registrants. Ensuring communications are clear, timely and professional.
  • Keep the Register Spotless: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and lead on annual retention fee process to support a clean and compliant Register.

Experience:

  • Solid experience in a regulatory, membership, or similar environment.
  • Proven background using operational systems, CRM tools..
  • A track record of providing excellent customer service.
