As a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the Pharmacy team.
You will need to bring with you:
- MPharm (or equivalent) and registered with the GPhC
- Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma/Masters in Clinical Pharmacy (or equivalent) or willing to enrol
- Experience covering Oncology/Haematology specialties
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Provide a comprehensive and effective patient centred clinical pharmacy service
- Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience.
- Contribute proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.
