What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician ACT and play a key role in improving patient care within a hospital setting. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct accuracy checking in an inpatient dispensary
  • Support the dispensary team in delivering high-quality pharmacy services
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC and hospital standards
  • Work alongside pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient safety
  • Maintain accurate medication records
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician with ACT qualification
  • Community or hospital experience (no prior hospital experience required)
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of pharmacy regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a full-time locum position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3-6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
