- Job Title: Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician (Band 5)
- Location: North West London (Large NHS Hospital - Parking on site)
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time, 9am - 5:15pm (45 mins lunch)
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Rate of Pay: £18 - £21 per hour (via Umbrella)

Join our team as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in supporting NHS hospital services. In this role, you will:
- Assist with medicines reconciliation and medication reviews
- Work on wards, collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare teams
- Ensure the safe and effective use of medications for patients
- Provide medicines management support and patient counselling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician
- Experience working in NHS hospital pharmacy (wards-based experience preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This role offers flexible working options, with shifts available Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:15pm. The contract is 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
