Contract Details:
- Position: Band 5/6 Pharmacy Technician
- Location: Central London
- Hourly Rate: £18 - £27 per hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with 30-minute lunch break)
- Duration: Start ASAP, ongoing locum position
- Contract Length: Flexible (3-6 months)
Role Responsibilities:
- Accuracy Checking in the dispensary to ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medications
- Supporting Medicines Management (MMT) duties across the hospital
- Contributing to the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to patients
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimise medication therapy
- Ensuring compliance with NHS standards and regulations
Requirements:
- GPHC registration as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in Accuracy Checking (ACT) and Medicines Management (MMT)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
