Job Details:

• Job Title: Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT)

• Location: West London - Private Hospital

• Duration: Ongoing locum contract

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

• Start Date: ASAP, April 2025

• Rate of Pay: £17 - £22 per hour (via umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing: Join our private hospital clients' team as an ACT and play a key role in ensuring patient safety and accurate medication dispensing in a dynamic private hospital setting. In this role, you will:

• Perform final accuracy checks on dispensed prescriptions

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

• Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals

• Support the efficient operation of the dispensary

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) qualification

• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role requires full-time availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
