The ideal candidate will be a keen and hands-on person, who loves being proactive and desires the scope to shape their role and to refine the existing processes of the wider practice.

This role requires a flexible and dynamic approach to oversee various processes and daily responsibilities. Working closely with the Directors and Design Teams, the Studio Coordinator will work closely with the Studio Manager and will oversee duties such as:

- Meeting and greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, taking messages and transferring calls, and maintaining presentation of the studio;

- Managing studio diaries and calendars, booking travel for the team, ordering and managing studio supplies, and various ad-hoc administrative duties;

- PA duties, diary management for Directors, arranging meetings, producing business/presentation documents.

To be considered for this position, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be an effective self-starter, and hold excellent organisation and time-keeping skills.
