Overview: We seek a talented and detail-oriented Freelance Property Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties across London and the Home Counties. This role involves visiting various property locations, working independently, and delivering outstanding photographs that meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography of Properties: Capture interior and exterior images of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing results.
  • Photo Editing: Post-production work to enhance images, including colour correction, exposure adjustments, and image sharpening, to present properties in the best light.
  • Adherence to Client Guidelines: For property shoots, follow specific client guidelines for composition, lighting, and any required angles.
  • Timely Delivery: Meet project deadlines by delivering edited photos within agreed timeframes.
  • Collaboration with Agents: Work closely with estate agents, property developers, and marketing teams to ensure that photography meets the property's marketing goals.
  • Use of Professional Equipment: For optimal results, ensure the use of high-end photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting).
  • Travel Across Region: Travel to various property locations across London and the Home Counties, as required, with flexibility in scheduling.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum two years of experience in property/real estate photography.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing property photography with an eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
  • Photography Skills: Proficient in using DSLR or mirrorless cameras and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Photo Editing: Strong photo editing and retouching skills with experience in enhancing property photos.
  • Understanding of Property Marketing: Ability to capture images that emphasize the key selling points of a property.
