Are you a skilled, passionate, and imaginative photographer? We're collaborating with an iconic beauty brand in search of their next visionary creative talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of and manage the complete image capture process for ecommerce, product, and seasonal assets in the in-house studio.
  • Oversee the quality of all product photography, including stills and model shoots.
  • Utilize retouching skills to enhance beauty images, ensuring accurate color matching with product shades.
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflow processes for the studio.
  • Manage and maintain studio equipment, staying informed on the latest technology to support content innovation and future studio growth.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders on project briefs and image specifications for flagship brands, ensuring high-quality imagery.
  • Work alongside the Head of Creative and production team to meet weekly deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, driving innovation and maintaining high technical standards in studio work.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience or a similar role within the beauty sector.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your unique vision and photographic style.
  • Strong proficiency in both flash and LED/studio lighting.
  • Extensive experience in editing and retouching beauty images, with a focus on precise colour matching.
  • Expertise in Capture software and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • A commitment to upholding brand standards and a strong sense of responsibility for both product and team.
