Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, organise, and set up equipment and materials for science practicals.
  • Assist teachers and students during lab sessions, ensuring a safe learning environment.
  • Maintain lab supplies, equipment, and chemicals, including routine checks and maintenance.
  • Calibrate and manage lab instruments and manage an accurate inventory of resources.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations within the lab.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Science Technician or a related science qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety practices.
  • Confident handling scientific materials and setting up lab apparatus.
  • Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
