An excellent opportunity is available for a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Respiratory Physiotherapist to join a dynamic team in South East London. The successful candidate will provide expert care to patients with respiratory conditions, supporting their rehabilitation and improving their quality of life.
Role Overview:
- Position: Band 6 Respiratory Physiotherapist
- Location: South East London
- Hours: Full-time (part-time applicants will also be considered)
- Salary: £25-26 per hour, depending on experience
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients with respiratory conditions
- Developing and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans
- Working with patients to improve their respiratory function and physical mobility
- Providing education and support to patients and their families on respiratory management
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients
- Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress
Essential Requirements:
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist
- Extensive experience in respiratory physiotherapy is essential
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and team-working abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
- Experience in the NHS or similar healthcare settings is highly desirable
- Previous experience in a Band 5/6 role or equivalent level of responsibility
