Provide specialist Occupational Therapy input to a caseload of community dwelling patients, supporting junior staff including OT apprentices and rehab assistants.

Experience of providing physical community rehabilitation, experience of managing a complex caseload, moving and handling skills and knowledge, MDT working. Advanced communication skills and working withing diverse communities
