Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering therapeutic interventions under the guidance of qualified therapists.
  • Support patients with their daily therapeutic activities and exercises.
  • Prepare and maintain therapeutic equipment and materials.
  • Monitor and record patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a healthcare or therapeutic setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care principles.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience in a therapy assistant role.
  • Familiarity with electronic patient records systems.
  • First aid certification.
