Mac Support Engineer – London – 1 week contract
My customer is looking for a dedicated Mac Support Engineer to help with issues up to L2.
You’ll be working focused on an Okta workflow and keeping the lights on with basic Mac and Okta queries. Other experience required: G Suite, Chrome and Zoom.
The Mac Support Engineer is required to be onsite for the 5 days in Central London. This contract would start on 21st February.Â
Primary day to day responsibilities will for the Mac Support Engineer will include:
- Previous experience in a Mac Support Engineer role
- Mac OS – how it works and basic questions
- Okta – This experience is required – someone that can sort out Okta and Okta workflows.
- BAU Support of Mac OS and Okta
- Gsuite: Configuration and Support would be beneficial
- Chrome: Configuration and Support would be beneficial
- Zoom: Configuration and Support would be beneficial
- Inside IR35
This is a 1-week contract, and you are required to work onsite in Central London.
