Pizza Chef - up to £18 per hour (includes surplus service charge)
LOCKES is a neighbourhood cocktail bar and pizzeria in Covent Garden, looking to hire an experienced Pizza chef to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will demonstrate proactivity, high energy and flexibility, with a great personality and a positive attitude; able to work in a small team and on his own.

The owner of LOCKES, Steve Locke has worked as a Bartender since 1990, he isan established entrepreneur who previously built and grew the market leading cocktail bar brand BE AT ONE in the UK from start-up to 33 sites. Hehas overseen the recruitment and training of over 5000 team members in the last 25 years.This role offers a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely with an established bar operator and learn how to develop a successful brand. A unique opportunity for the Chef who aspires to one day own their own bar or restaurant.
