Excellent customer service skills are required for liaising with tenants and team members, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
A CSCS card is desirable, and a full UK driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.

The Role:

Undertake plasterer and various multitrade repairs and installations on both void and occupied properties.
Apply plaster and other trowelled materials to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
Carry out responsive and planned repairs as required.
Protect structures and surfaces near work areas to prevent damage or debris.
Liaise with tenants and team members to deliver a professional service in occupied homes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Complete work within specified time frames while maintaining high standards.

The Candidate:

Have proven experience in plastering, ideally in social housing or similar environments.
Plasterer/Multitrade experience is essential - Plumbing, Carpentey, Electrical, Tiling, Painting etc
Be confident working in both void and occupied properties.
Possess excellent customer service skills, especially when interacting with tenants.
Have strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Hold a CSCS card (desirable).
A full UK driving license is advantageous but not essential.
