Plasterer required for busy client based in Greenwich

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent. Extensive relevant experience.

  • To provide customer focused reactive repairs to our residents, with a view to achieving a first fix every time, maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Able to carry out works to a high standard as detailed on works orders or as instructed by your supervisor/planner.
  • To adhere to all relevant health and safety policies and compliance to processes and procedures for safe working practices.
  • A working knowledge and understanding of reactive building maintenance is essential, maintaining a customer focused work ethic.
  • A good knowledge of hand held technology would be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of reactive repairs and delivery as part of a team.
  • Ability to accurately read technical drawings and deliver works within agreed timescales.
  • A good knowledge of all hand tools, power tools and plant used to carry out your work, including compliance of testing and maintenance programs.
  • A confident approach to health and safety and a good knowledge of personal protective equipment, and their uses.
  • Strong organisational skills including prioritizing and effectively managing your own workload, contributing effectively to the team always focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Full Driving Licence & Access to own suitable veihicle.
