Fraser Edwards is recruiting for a Plasterer for a contract role with a leading Social Housing Contractor.
The position involves plastering, patch repairs, painting, decorating, wall tiling, and basic carpentry.
Candidates are required to have a full UK driving licence, and previous social housing experience is desirable.
The role offers a salary of £30,000 per year and requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, with a company van and fuel card provided.

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Plasterer for a Contract role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

Plastering & patch repairs
Bond and set, plasterboard, minor finishing and rendering
Painting and decorating
Wall tiling
Basic carpentry and maintenance repairs in properties
Liaise with tenants/residents

Essential:

Full UK Driving Licence (Company van is provided for this role)

Desirable:

Previous Social Housing experience

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday
40 Hours Per Week
