Sonic Summary

The Mobile Plasterer position is available in Hammersmith & Fulham, starting ASAP on long-term temporary contracts.
The role offers a competitive pay rate and requires candidates to have at least NVQ level 2 in Plastering and experience in Painting and Decorating.
Duties include covering reactive repairs in a social housing environment, providing excellent customer service, and processing tasks electronically using a PDA.
Candidates should also have social housing experience, excellent communication skills, a UK Driving License, and no criminal record.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Mobile Plasterer (Social Housing)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham

Pay Rate: Competitive

One of our largest clients within the Social Hosing market are currently looking to employ Mobile Plasterer covering the Hammersmith & Fulham area on long term temporary Contracts.

Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm

Duties:

Covering reactive repairs services within a social housing environment
Providing excellent professional customer service to tenants
Attend informal and formal meetings and training sessions as required.
Process all tasks/works electronically utilising a hand held device (PDA). This includes, but not limited to, worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence of works before / during / after, van stock replenishment etc

Requirements

NVQ level 2 in Plastering
Experience in Painting and decorating.
Social Housing experience preferable
Excellent communication skills
UK Driving License
No criminal record
