We are seeking a Plasterer to join a responsive repairs team in Walthamstow. The role involves plastering, repairing, and maintaining walls, ceilings, and surfaces in housing association properties, ensuring a high standard of finish and compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing a variety of plastering tasks, including skimming, rendering, and patch repairs.

  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Diagnosing and repairing plaster-related issues, providing effective and long-lasting solutions.
  • Collaborating with other tradespeople and team members to deliver excellent customer service and support to residents.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
