Building repairs and maintenance: The role involves carrying out a variety of repairs, maintenance, and renewals. Tasks will include emergency repairs, routine reactive repairs across multiple sites, as well as single-site programmed repairs and refurbishments.
Housing and premises: The work will be done in occupied and vacant housing properties, and other premises.
