Plasterers needed for a local housing association in South London, high paying salaries!!!

Working for a reputable housing associations with over 15 contracts in London alone, affiliated with many local councils and main contractors working alongside them helping to build a better community. 

Plasterer Role
Brixton and surrounding areas
Up to £44k per annum
8-5, Mon - Fri

Van and Fuel Card provided!

Your day to day would look like as a Plasterer:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Qualifications needed for the Plasterer role:

• NVQ/City and Guilds (preferred) - if no qualifications you will be enroled into a days NVQ course. 
• Proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance
