Salary: 20 - 22 Umbrella

The Role:
- Undertake plasterer repairs and installations on both void and occupied properties.
- Apply plaster and other trowelled materials to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
- Carry out responsive and planned repairs as required.
- Protect structures and surfaces near work areas to prevent damage or debris.
- Liaise with tenants and team members to deliver a professional service in occupied homes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Complete work within specified time frames while maintaining high standards.
The Candidate:
- Have proven experience in plastering, ideally in social housing or similar environments.
- Be confident working in both void and occupied properties.
- Possess excellent customer service skills, especially when interacting with tenants.
- Have strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Hold a CSCS card (desirable).
- A full UK driving license is advantageous but not essential.
