Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Salary: (30-38K Per Annum)
Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the (London) area. My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team on a large R&D site.
Responsibilities:

- Tap temperature readings
- Changing/installing new pipes
- Drainage & flushing
- Unblocking toilets
- Replacing shower heads
- descaling
- inspection and fault finding on boilers
- Changing taps/toilets/sinks
- general building fabric work
- Assisting mechanical engineer with mechanical maintenance work where required
Package:
- Salary: Up to (38K) per annum.
- Holiday: Generous 33 days leave.

- Working Hours: (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Requirements:

- NVQ level 2 in plumbing (min.)
- Experience doing plumbing maintenance in high-end residential, offices, or critical building
