Sonic Summary

The Mobile Plumber position is based in London and requires working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The role involves performing PPM and reactive plumbing tasks across various sectors, including commercial and healthcare properties.
Candidates must possess City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and have at least 3 years of commercial plumbing experience.
A full UK driver's license with no more than 3 points is required, along with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Mobile PlumberLocation: LondonHours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pmThe RoleThe mobile plumber will be carrying out PPM and reactive Plumbing and general building servicing Maintenance tasks within various contracts including commercial, healthcare and public sector properties.Duties

The Mobile Plumber will be required to carry our all PPM checks and scheduled maintenance procedures on all site Plumbing / Mechanical plant and associated systems and services.
Attend 1st line reactive response within the time to any faulty assets, to diagnose and rectify the fault when possible. Advise the service desk of action taken and/or if any further action is required, such as ordering of replacement parts, or remedial works.
To leave all plant and equipment in a safe condition in accordance to current regulations

Requirements

City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
Full UK drivers licence (no more than 3 points).
A minimum of 3 years commercial Plumbing experience, such as hospitals, schools, residential buildings, university’s, offices.
Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations regarding maintenance activities.
High level of knowledge / experience in general building servicing.
