Are you a skilled plumber with recent commercial plumbing experience? I am looking to hear from you! One of my in-house clients are on the lookout for a plumber to maintain on-site hot/cold water systems and plumbing installations. This is a great opportunity for somebody who is career driven, with a desire to learn new skills and to grow within a company.

Duties

  • Carry out PPM on plumbing systems, ensuring they are running efficiently.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in maintaining HVAC systems, boilers, TMVs and water systems where needed.
  • Ensure all plumbing systems meet regulatory requirements and health & safety standards.
  • Document work and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

  • Min NVQ/C&G Level 2 in plumbing
  • Install and/or maintenance expeirence in commercial plumbing working in office spaces, hospitals or hotels
  • Career driven
  • Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK
