Maintenance Plumber - Wimbledon, SW London - Facilities Management
Join our clients dynamic team at one of Wimbledons shopping centres, spanning an impressive 365,000 sq.ft. They pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all our visitors.
They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Plumbing / Mechanical) to join a dedicated team of three maintenance engineers. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance duties throughout the property, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical / plumbing systems.
- Address and resolve reactive maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain plumbing systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Oversee basic HVAC systems, ensuring they are running efficiently.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure comprehensive coverage of all maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with basic HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Benefits:
- £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime
- Monday to Friday
- Optional Patterns: 07:00 till 16:00 / 08:00 till 17:00 / 09:00 till 18:00
