  • Tap temperature readings
  • Changing/installing new pipes
  • Drainage & flushing
  • Unblocking toilets
  • Replacing shower heads
  • descaling
  • inspection and fault finding on boilers
  • Changing taps/toilets/sinks
  • general building fabric work
  • Assisting mechanical engineer with mechanical maintenance work where required

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2 in plumbing (min.)
  • Experience doing plumbing maintenance in high-end residential, offices, or critical building
  • Career driven - desire to grow and learn
