Duties
- Tap temperature readings
- Changing/installing new pipes
- Drainage & flushing
- Unblocking toilets
- Replacing shower heads
- descaling
- inspection and fault finding on boilers
- Changing taps/toilets/sinks
- general building fabric work
- Assisting mechanical engineer with mechanical maintenance work where required
Requirements
- NVQ level 2 in plumbing (min.)
- Experience doing plumbing maintenance in high-end residential, offices, or critical building
- Career driven - desire to grow and learn
