Fabric Maintenance Engineer - Plumbing Bias

Location:Brent Cross, London

Core Hours:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm

We are seeking a skilled and punctual, reliable Handyperson with a good, rounded knowledge of general plumbing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various maintenance tasks, with a specialisation in plumbing repairs and small installations. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out fault finding, leak investigations, tap replacements/repairs, TMV maintenance, toilet/urinal defects & blockages.
  • Complete training as required by the business.
  • Effective time management via PDA/workflow software.
  • Maintain the operation of facilities for customers, retail staff and management.
  • Complete PPM`s.
  • Attend reactive issues and diagnose method to rectify.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Handyperson with a good understanding of basic plumbing.
  • Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Plumbing qualifications (desirable)
