Are you a skilled plumber with experience in social housing? Spencer & James Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Plumber to join a Top Tier 1 Principal Contractor, focusing onrepairs and maintenance to social housing properties across North London. If you're an experienced professional who values quality and excellent service, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

As a member of themaintenance team, youll play a key role in ensuring residents homes are safe and well-maintained. Your work will be mobile, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided to support your travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing repairs, renewals, and minor maintenance tasks
  • Adhere to industry-recognized Health and Safety standards
  • Work alongside colleagues or contractors to address complex issues
  • Use a PDA to receive and update job details electronically
  • Communicate with supervisors on job statuses and follow up as needed
  • Deliver exceptional service to residents, clients, and colleagues

What You Bring:

  • Full UK Drivers License
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in social housing repairs and maintenance
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A commitment to quality and attention to detail
