Maintenance Plumber (Own Van Required)

Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Plumbers with their own vehicles, to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector. This is an ongoing contract.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties as well as commercial plant rooms.

Duties:

• Carrying out reactive maintenance in domestic properties and communal heating systems
• Changing 2/3 port valves
• Changing risers
• Commercial pipework
• Cylinder changes
• Thermal Stores

Plumbing qualifications, Social Housing experience, full tools, a van and a UK driving licence is essential for this role.
